Return Policy- CYBELE Home
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty. The withdrawal period starts on the day the product is delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.
Return Conditions
A return request is valid if the following conditions are met:
•The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
•It must be returned in its original packaging together with all protective materials and accessories.
•The invoice, warranty card, and any certificates must be included in the package.
•The product labels must remain intact and no alterations should be made.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
•Custom-made or personalized products produced to specific measurements, colors, or designs
•Opened or used items
•Perishable goods or those nearing their expiration date
•Promotional, discounted, or specially priced items

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. Once your request is approved, carefully repackage the product and ship it to us.After the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, color, or size:
•Contact us by email or phone to initiate the process.
•Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
•Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
•Ask the courier to prepare a damage report at the time of delivery.
•Contact us within 7 days, providing photos that show the issue.
•Shipping costs for damaged or defective items are covered by CYBELE TILE USA.
•Depending on your preference, a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued.
Refund Process
After the returned item has been inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction. Bank processing times may vary.
Shipping Fees
•For voluntary returns under the right of withdrawal, the initial shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
•For defective or damaged items, all shipping costs are covered by CYBELE TILE USA.
